Over the past month, I’ve been taking a video course called Everyday Films with Emily Mitchell. It’s been tons of fun to learn how to use my camera in this entirely different way. The finished product, my final assignment, feels really rough still and I still have so much to learn and practice. But, I just adore the moments I was able to capture of my parents with the kids on Easter, building our mud kitchen, and our backyard shenanigans.

Here’s my first video, ever! Oh my word, it feels so vulnerable to put this little assignment out into the world! I can’t wait to practice more and do more of this with my own littles. It feels like such a treasure to have these little snippets of our month.
